Your Emotional Body

Although I call the second body the Emotional Body, it is actually the Mental-Emotional Body. This is where your moods and perceptions reside. You may notice that some people are primarily mental, thinking types, while others are primarily emotional, feeling types.

The group of people in the illustration below covers the full spectrum, from thinking personalities on the left (mental) to feeling personalities on the right (emotional). Mathematicians might be closer to the left side of the diagram for instance, because they are left brain dominant. Artists might be closer to the right side of the spectrum because they are right brain dominant.

This is not to say that thinking people are unfeeling or that feeling people can’t think. The slider switch below shows that most people don’t stay in one position all of the time. The group is constantly shifting and moving about.

The Emotional BodyThe mathematician on the left hand side falls in love and moves closer to the right. The artist on the right hand side pays her taxes and moves closer to the left.

We are constantly moving across the spectrum from thinking to feeling. In the illustration to the right, the slider switch is following the woman in red, who is closer to her emotions than her thoughts at the moment. The center is a place of balance between feeling and thinking.

Mind and emotion are combined here because our thoughts, perceptions and beliefs shape our emotions and our emotions influence our thoughts, perceptions and beliefs.

Within the energy body, your thoughts and your emotions are patterns of energy. Whether you are feeling anger, joy or compassion, these are all energetic patterns and frequencies. As higher frequencies are introduced into the energy body and the flow of energy is opened up, we move towards a natural state of joy and bliss.

Emotional Cleansing

Diet cleanses the physical body. How do you cleanse the emotional body?

The emotional body is cleansed through conscious breathing. Most people today do not access their full breathing capacity. Our breathing becomes shallow and restricted as painful emotions are repressed. Conscious breath work retrains the physical and emotional body by opening the respiratory system and freeing emotional expression that has been blocked for years, even decades.

There are several types of conscious breath work. I have been trained in Reichian Breath Work, Rebirthing and Pranayama (Empowerment) Breath Work. Some of these styles of work are very powerful. They can bring up primal emotions dating back to birth. This work can be traumatic if it isn’t facilitated properly, because the energy field around your body can be torn wide open before you complete the session. Therapy should not be traumatic!

For this reason, I recommend combining Source Work with emotional cleansing protocols. Source Work grounds and stabilizes the energy body, while emotional cleansing takes place. The energy body is balanced, strengthened and sealed, so you can return to the world and function as needed.

Cleansing the Mental Body

Cleansing the Mental Body includes:

  1. The Infinite Mind Calibration, which untangles neural nets and calms the sympathetic nervous system.

  2. Reprogramming your Thought Patterns through hypnotherapy.

  3. Entering into a State of Infinite Possibility. See the section on the Law of Attraction.
