Your Three Bodies
Everybody has three bodies, although most of us only recognize the existence of one of these bodies, the physical body.

Your physical body: The modern medical model is based in the physics of Sir Isaac Newton. This view holds that physical illness occurs in the physical body and can only be cured through physical (medical) intervention. Thoughts and emotions have little or no bearing on physical health.

Your emotional body includes feelings, thoughts and beliefs. When unconscious emotions are repressed or blocked, they may be stored in the cells of the physical body, where they can manifest as physical pain or illness. When physical pain or illness is released from the physical body, these old emotions may resurface, in the emotional body.

Your Energy Body includes both your physical and emotional body, on a quantum level. Indigenous cultures called this the "luminous body" or "light body".
Quantum physics calls this the morphogenic field.

Your physical body is compressed energy. Your
emotional body is patterned energy. Your
energy body is pure energy. Source Work works directly with your energy body.
Your energy body is less resistant to change because it is less dense than the other two bodies.
Note: Source Work isn’t a substitute for medical or psychological intervention. Healing the energy body doesn’t mean that the physical and emotional bodies should be neglected or ignored. A healthy lifestyle includes care for all three bodies.
